Missing cherry shrimp

Give it time. 4 neocaridina shrimp will be hard to spot in that tank. If, and when they start to reproduce and the numbers grow, you'll start seeing them. Check your skimmer regularly. The stock float and cage, don't do a good job keeping shrimp out. There are some custom 3D printed parts that do better.

4 shrimp could hide for a long time in that tank!
Alternatively, if those are CPDs in there, they can be incredibly efficient shrimp hunters if they get the taste for them.
I’ve had a tank where they coexisted for over a year, then suddenly one day worked out they were food and took out a decent chunk of the shrimp population.

They can "disappear" in dense vegetation quite easily if they want.

What are you GH/KH ?? I see the aquasoil. It may be that a change in parameters from those they were raised in was too much for them. IME some Neo colonies are very sensitive to this, whereas others can seem to be much more adaptable.

Gh of 5-6 and kh 2. Definitely possible that the parameters were very different. They were around for few weeks so not sure. Maybe a combination of factors. Will plan to do a deep trim this week and see if I can find any of them.
